It is Christmas Eve. I am on leave today until the end of the year.
It is that time of the year to reflect and think back of the year that's been and plan for the year ahead.
It has been a tough year to a certain extent. Though filled with lots of blessings and opportunities to travel, it was also a year full of hard work. Emotionally, it has been full of ups and downs, with the downs lingering longer than the ups. This too, shall pass. I must always remember that. This too, shall pass.
Recently, I have been thanking God the moment I wake up for being alive. I also pray to God to keep me safe and help make the hurt bearable. They say time heals all wounds. I hope so.
Hoping that 2011 will be a good one. And the one that things will work out for the best, somehow.
